We would love to meet you! JHC offers free consultations and often free quotes, however, a small one off fee may be charged for the pricing of larger projects. This fee will be deducted if we are awarded the work. So get in touch to discuss any of your upcoming projects. We will offer expert advice and solutions. We look forward to meeting you.
Design
We have a team of expert designers and architects that we work closely with to ensure your vision comes to life smoothly and by the book. Our designers have a wealth of knowledge and expertise from concept beginnings through to the finer details of the design. We work together with our clients to put together a package that can take you right from the early "ideas" stage all the way to relaxing into your new space, whether that be a new house, fully renovated property or perhaps just a now outdoor space to enjoy the sun.

A legendary architect is now building homes from beyond the grave — sort of. Seattle-based Lindal Cedar Homes is now selling house kits inspired by the late, respected American architect Frank Lloyd Wright, who passed away at age 91 in 1959 — and whose celebrated existing homes come in rare supply. Since launching the designs in partnership with the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation and the School of Architecture at Taliesin in 2018, 10 kits from the Lindal Imagine Series, as the designs are known, have been sold, the Wall Street Journal first reported.

Back in the early ’90s when their family was young, the Morgans would head Up North from their home in Ann Arbor as often as they could. They camped then, trying out a variety of campgrounds in Northern Michigan, finally deciding that their favorite sites were in the Platte River Campground in Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. The campground was next to everything they loved including the popular beach at the mouth of the Platte River and the secluded Boekeloo Road beach that lies down a long winding narrow lane off M-22.

The floor plans of nine houses are available to purchase in The Lindal Imagine Series, including designs based on Frank Lloyd Wright's Jacobs 1 house in Wisconsin.

As a young married man with four children and a demanding job, Mark Lloyd thought about building a new house for his family. But, given how busy he was back then, the process, he says, was "just too complicated." Then the kids grew up and his marriage ended, and he realized that as a computer engineer with the ability to telecommunicate he could live in his dream location and (The Blue Ridge Mountains) and in his dream house, which he knew would somehow channel Frank Lloyd Wright.
